My Todo.txt project turned five years old last month—happy birthday, shell script which runs my life—and development is still going strong. The Android app is selling great, iOS app development is moving along, and now Ben Hughes has released a simple Windows client replete with keyboard shortcuts, no Cygwin required. Nice job, Ben! Download the todotxt.net Windows installer here to give it a go.

Would love to see a version of this app that just mimics the cli, so I can use Todo.txt on my windows boxes like I do on my mac, but without installing Cygwin 🙂

I don’t understand why comments are closed on some of your older posts. Comments enhance your web site and our collective wisdom.
Anyway, I couldn’t add this to one of your old posts about standing at your desk and I didn’t find any other way to contact you so I’m posting this here even though it’s off-topic.
Here’s an interesting article about how sitting for long periods is just as bad for you as smoking.

It runs my life, too; more so than .calender or .reminder ever did.
